Having a father in the automotive industry, and being around muscle cars my entire childhood, absolutely had an influence on how much I appreciate not only my own vehicles, but other peoples as well.
Back when I was 14 years old, I had my eyes set on buying a 1969 SS Camaro. Only problem was, I had no money.
My father, knowing a local detail shop owner, was able to get me in the door as a shop helper. From there I slowly learned the tips and tricks of the trade and by 19 years old, I was running my own automotive detail shop out of my parents garage.
For years, business was good and at an early age, I learned the important lesson that hard work will gain reward.
In 1996 life changed for me and after the birth of my son, I took an opportunity to become a Union Electrician in the city of Chicago, however, due to the number of hours I was working, I was not able to keep up with the volume of the shop and was forced to close the shop down.
Through the years I continued to detail rides, but only for specific clients and specialty vehicles. I focused mainly on exotics, show ready rides and the occasional everyday driver....
In these crazy times of the Covid-19 pandemic that we all have been going through together, life has brought me back to what I enjoy the most....helping others and serving people.
I have a proud history of excellent work and customer service and although I had to step away from the public for a bit and focused my attention to my private clients only, I am pleased to say that I have once again opened up my doors to the public and I look forward to expanding my private client list even bigger.
With an overwhelmingly successful reopening, I am confident that this year will be my best ever.
I am so excited for the future of this business and even more excited to help out new and old friends once again.
Heres to keepin $hit clean...
Cheers!
2020, for many of us, has been nothing short of a crazy year!
Even now, almost eight months into 2021, there is still a lot of uncertainty about many things.
One thing that is for certain,
is simply this... without the support from so many of you, I wouldn't be here right now updating this website.
Without so many of you, BXC wouldn't be what it is today and for that, I just wanted to say "Thank you and God bless."
Expansion is in the cards and I look forward to the time that I am able to serve the Manhattan area and all of you better.
Cheers to you all!
